COVID-19 CONFERENCE UPDATE - PLEASE READ

We are deeply sorry to inform you that the conference will be postponed.

The conference committee in collaboration with the venue has made this decision with a view to protect the health of our attendees and our providers, some of which have had to back out of the conference due to public health concerns. We feel postponing the event is especially necessary as coronavirus cases are predicted to peak at a similar time to the original conference dates.

All tickets will be refunded over the next week.
As a committee, we are aiming to organise this conference at a more suitable date, please keep following the page for further updates!

CONFERENCE SPEAKER AND WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT!!

The PUS conference is nearing, and we're thrilled to announce Mr Jonathan Unsworth-White, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Sub-dean of Peninsula medical school, will be speaking and running a workshop on the 2nd day of the PUS conference.

Mr Jonathan Unsworth-White will be talking about interesting and challenging cases in Cardiothoracic surgery. We are especially excited to announce that Mr Unsworth-White will be running a workshop on HEART DISSECTION to teach cardiac anatomy and the basics of Cardiothoracic surgery.

SPEAKER ANNOUCEMENT!

We are really excited to announce 2 speakers for you!

On Saturday, we are thrilled to have Mr Anthony Lambert OBE speak to us about the effects of ballistics on the human body, learnt from his time in the Royal Navy.

Secondly, on Sunday we have Mr McAllen speak about his on going Orthopaedic work in Kenya. This talk is destined to inspire those future Global Health surgeons among us.
