A huge well done to two of our students who were nominated for the Musical Theatre Awards from their last exam for achieving super high results and impressing the examiner with their acting skills. Examiners nominate candidates who achieve exceptional marks during standard IDTA examinations.Tens of thousands of students take IDTA exams worldwide every year, meaning only a very small, high-achieving percentage receives a nomination. Students can be nominated in solo, duo, trio, and team categories across various levels, from introductory grades up to advanced performance stages. The next step is for them to record their next round audition in the hope of reaching the Live final in Blackpool. But to me, as their teacher I am super proud of them for even getting nominated in the first place. What a huge achievement! Well done girls 👏👏

A few snaps from of our younger members from our tech rehearsal before they went home😀 I didnt get time to take any pics of the older students as it was so busy trying to get everything done. All students worked super hard to get everything tested before opening night. There is so much that needs checking, lighting, sound, stage entrances and exits, spacing on stage, the finale. We got it all done, just about 💪😴 Thanks Sally Hall for being my photographer 🤣
