"Pro Play" saxophone and clarinet lessons with Kenny Thomson.
Kenny studied saxophone and clarinet at the Royal College of Music (London) and London College of Music graduating with diplomas in Advanced Performance and Teaching.
Kenny has played for many orchestras throughout the UK including Scottish Chamber Orchestra, English National Opera, Northern Symphonia Orchestra. He has performed throughout Europe and USA as free lance musician in Paris, Berlin, New York and Rome. Kenny was a member of the BBC House Orchestra for many years and has performed on many tv shows including Later Wth Jools Holland and the BBC Scotland "Hogamny Show".
Alongside performance work Kenny is deeply involved in music Education and was for many years Head of Music and Performing Arts at Edinburgh College.
Kenny has a vast experience in instrumental teaching and offers saxophone and clarinet lessons from his studio in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Lessons are also available online.
