Our founder spends most of his weekends performing in the in venues and festivals all over the Uk and Europe.

So we are revving up for our Christmas school or rock concerts for all our primary school children, and boy what joy it brings watching these amazing little humans slowly become guitar players.

Week in week out we help them gain confidence, skill,chords, riffs and songs, it’s a tough journey learning the guitar but they realise now that when you push on through with the sore fingers and achy arms that the outcome is so so worth it, and they LOVE IT.!.!

Back in the class with our guitarists.

Preparing for a concert slightly different concert for our full classes.

Many families have not seen each other for a while because of our stimulation, so we will be recording all of our classes to send to they’re families to receive as Christmas presents..

30 children in one class, all strumming to the same beat in the same chords, this is all after 4 weeks in 40 minute sessions.
That is an achievement in our music school.💯💯

Well done to all the children at Petworth Primary school learning the guitar.
These children absolutely amaze us with they’re progress.. ..🔥🔥

Another 5 weeks and they’ll be video’d performing together in a school concert ( sadly with no audience) for any family members that may be missing them...

The J.O.Y music academy are now teaching full class size guitar lesson at their primary schools, and we’re bringing the fun back to music lessons.

30 children at a time learning chords, scales and rhythm, strumming all together basic chords keeping in time and filling classrooms with the sound of
Beautiful music, and we are all Loving it..

Music will never die, not as long as we keep pushing for music to teach to the younger generation.

Music is essential for the mind and the body, it’s a universal language and spreads a positive message around this little blue dot that we are all living on......

Anyone out there that has a guitar sitting around not being used, we can take it off your hands and give a child an opportunity to own their own....

We have had an influx of new children enrolling in the J.O.Y Music academy wanting to learn the guitar.

An amazing week considering the circumstances we find ourselves in..

The J.O.Y music academy spent the day tuning 30 guitars for 30 children in a primary school here in the UK
For the next 7 terms we will be teaching children how to play the guitar, giving back our knowledge to the next generation.
Our aim
To bring our way of teaching music, learning rhythm, guitar, bass & vocals to children..
