Good Morning Everyone. We hope that you are all well.
It’s not too long now before we return to preschool and the start of a new fun filled autumn term. We have lots of activities prepared for the children which we are sure they will enjoy.
We now only have a few spaces left to fill our register so, if you are looking for a local friendly preschool, please give us a call on Monday 7th September or drop us a message on here, we would love to hear from you.
Our staff have a wealth of experience between them and will care and look after your children through their preschool journey…you are more than welcome to come and visit and meet us all.
We would appreciate you giving this post a share so that we can fill up our last few spaces. Thank you!

Hi Everyone.
We hope that you are all enjoying the summer and the glorious weather.
As we are nearing the half way mark of the holidays, we wanted to remind those of you that are looking for a friendly local preschool, that we have a few spaces left for September that we would love to fill.
If your child/children are coming up for two and you would like to come for a visit, please do send us a message, we would love to meet you and show you around and talk through your child’s preschool journey.

Hello Everyone. Just a quick reminder that we have a few spaces left on our books for September. If you are looking for a local term time friendly preschool, please do send us a message to arrange a visit when we return in September, we would love to meet you.
We take children from the age of two and our experienced caring team will look after them until they go to their new schools.

So this morning we said a sad goodbye to our 2026 graduates. We wish them all lots of fun and happiness in their new schools. If you would like the photo of your child below without the face covered, please let us know and we will send it to you.
Thank you to our lovely staff for all of their hard work this year.

We would like to welcome to our team from September the lovely Abigail Barrett. Abi is Level 2 qualified and also helps read stories at the library so we know she will be an asset to Peter Pan.

We have had a very busy day. We had some of the children that are starting with us in September visit this morning, it was lovely to see you all and look forward to welcoming you all to Peter Pan.

We now only have a limited number of spaces for September so, if you have any family or friends who are looking for a friendly term time preschool, please do get them to get in touch, we would love to meet them.

☀️As most parents/carers contacted us this morning to say their children would not be in tomorrow (Thursday), and we would only have had a couple of children in, and the weather being hotter, we have made the decision to close.
It is never as easy decision but watching the children over the last couple of days struggling it became an easy one when their health, safety and wellbeing is priority.
A shout out to the staff for working so hard in extreme heat in the hall trying to keep children cool and looking after sick children when the heat was too much for some of them.
We look forward to seeing you all on Monday when hopefully it will be cooler. ☀️

Good Morning.
Thank you to those that have messaged saying you are keeping your children home today we really think that is in their best interest.
Mrs Watts and Mrs Stainer arrived at the hall at 6.45 and it is already nearly 30 degrees.
As some children were sick yesterday we will monitor the situation this morning and make a decision on whether to close tomorrow as it is meant to be hotter. Please let us know if you are keeping your child home today. Thank you.
We will email later this morning to confirm.
