The Village Nursery (previously known as Clanfield Nursery School) is based in a beautiful , rural setting in East Meon Village Hall with plenty of outside space. We have a small, dedicated and well qualified team of staff who are able to give generous care and attention to all children. We aim to work in partnership with parents to help their children develop and learn and to add to the life of
our local community. We pride ourselves on our personal approach, the close relationships we build with both children and parents and the continuity we provide. Our primary aim is to help children take their first steps away from home and family in a safe, secure and happy environment, to learn to trust adults other than their parents and relatives and to share experiences in a larger group. We offer sessional as well as day care, term time only, and a varied curriculum that follows the Early Years Foundation Stage. It is our intention to make our group accessible to all children and families and we are registered with Ofsted (Office for Standards in Education) to provide care and education for children between 2 and 5 years old.
