Freshly back from a great few days in Inverness teaching with my good friends at the Highland Karate Association! 🥋A big thank you once again for your trust in my work. It was wonderful to see Phil Owen Sensei presented with his 70th birthday calligraphy, and fantastic to see the great work Kevin Slaney Sensei and the team are continuing to do up the 'rood'. Proud to be involved.
Happy Days. Osu!
