This weeks session is Friday
Sessions are now in the afternoon

We will be focusing on all the moves learned so far and getting them accurate ready for “Grading” on 9th October. You will be given a list of the moves to practice over the next couple of weeks as there is no session next week on 2nd as I am having a surgical procedure.

You don’t need good luck as you are already great 😊
