Connor ran his first ever marathon!!
4 hours and 19 minutes.
Loved every bit of it too, the atmosphere, the crowds, all of it.
But hereâs the bit you wonât see in a finish line photo or from this one of us in the HQ...
A few months out he started getting knee trouble.
Not exactly what you want heading into your first ever marathonđ
Instead of ignoring it or panicking, he did the right thing.
Got himself to a physio.
And kept us in the loop every step of the way.
Every update, every change, he passed it on.
So we could adjust his training around it, specific to him, like we do with everyone.
Thatâs not an easy thing to do.
Most people either ignore a ni**le and hope it disappears or panic and stop altogether.
Connor did neither.
He worked through it, kept communicating & trusted the process.
Result, he went into the marathon with that knee giving him zero bother.
On top of all that, the manâs been getting stronger too.
Bent over rows up from 40kg for 8 to 60kg for 8.
Dumbbell bench up from 17.5kg for 12 to 25kg for 12.
All with quality form.
First marathon, injury managed, stronger than when he started.
An outstanding fu***ng effort that...
We're proud of you my man!

Have a cracking weekend folks!
First time training or coming back after some time off like a holiday or illness & feeling sore the next day?â
Thatâs normal.
So don't stress it's nothing to worry about & panic take paracetamolđ
Itâs a sign your bodyâs adapting to something new.
Paracetamol and worrying youâve âoverdone itâ isnât needed or helpful.
There is a difference between normal soreness and something you should get checked.
Sore muscles, dull ache, feels better once youâre moving, thatâs just training.
Sharp pain, joint pain or something that gets worse over days, thatâs worth paying attention to.
Most of the time itâs the first one.
Save this for next time youâre not sure which one it is.

4 kids.
Working mum.
Husband offshore.
Ashleigh had every reason for it not to work.
And for 2 years it didn't.
Not because she wasn't trying.
But because nothing she tried was built around her actual life.
14 weeks with a plan that actually fitted her reality and she achieved what 2 years alone couldn't.
No unrealistic expectations.
No punishing routine she couldn't stick to.
Just a plan built around her life as it actually is.
"Dylan created a plan that worked with my life not against it"
That's the job.
If you've been telling yourself you don't have time, it's likely what you've been trying just hasn't fit with your life.
We're opening spaces back up for the 21 day accelerator now that we're home & caught up with ourselves.
If you want more info then drop us a DM "INFO" & we will send you the details

Been off for a bit?
Holiday, illness, life just doing its thing, the reason doesnât really matter, we've all been there.
And now youâre sat there stressed, thinking you need to fix everything at once.
New diet starting today, smash every session hit a million steps, prep every meal like youâre auditioning for a cooking show.
Calm the f**k down...
Thatâs exactly how you end up shattered, sore & an emotional wreck by Wednesday wondering why you're struggling to be consistent.
Swipe to see what I actually do to get back on track without losing the plot.
& if you find it useful save this for next as a reminder or share it with a pal that's being a c**t to themselves.

Two days into this holiday before I relaxed...
I was out for a walk, just looking around, taking it in.
And I felt this weight lift off my shoulders.
Took me 2 days to even notice my mind had gone quiet.
Most of the time itâs never off.
How do I make the business better.
Where do I want it to go.
Is it moving in the right direction.
Am I studying enough.
Could I be doing more, doing better.
Thinking about clients who are struggling, wondering what else I can do for them.
Thinking about clients who are doing brilliant but canât see it themselves, wishing I could just show them what I see.
Is my granda ok?
All of that, running constantly alongside the 101 behind the scenes things.
For 2 days I didnât even realise it had stopped.
And the bit that actually got me was if one of my clients told me they felt like this, switched on 24/7, never able to just be, Iâd tell them straight away they need to find time to switch off...
But somehow Iâd never said it to myself.
First proper holiday like this in years.
And it took until day 2 to remember what switching off even feels like.

I didn't start this because I had it all figured out.
I started it because I knew what it felt like to not have anyone properly in your corner.
I spent years going to the gym and not really knowing what I was doing. Uncomfortable. Out of place. Just going through the motions.
It wasn't until someone actually took the time to show me, explain things, care about how I was getting on, that things started to click.
That's what I want for the people I work with.
Not just a programme. Not just a plan. Someone actually thereâ€ïž

Some people have driven to the gym and sat in their car.
Then driven home again.
Never went in.
If that's you, trust me itâs way more common than you think.
And we get itâŠ
The gym can feel like the most intimidating place in the world if you've never been or had a bad experience.
Feeling like everyone is watching.
Feeling like you don't belong.
Feeling like it's for everyone else but not you.
No idea what to do or where to start.
Itâs what happens when you've never been shown that it can be different.
Because it can.
There are places with no egos.
There are places with no judgement.
Just people showing up, working hard & having a laugh while they do it.
The hardest part is walking through the door the first time.
Everything after that gets easier.
If the gym has never felt like your place, maybe you just haven't found the right one yet.
Trust us when you do, you'll wonder why you waited so long

Consistency doesn't mean doing it perfectly every week.
It means coming back.
That's it.
The people I've seen get the best results aren't the ones who never miss a session. They're the ones who miss a few and show up anyway.
You don't lose everything when life gets in the way. You only lose it if you stop coming back.
So if you've had a rubbish few weeks, that's fine. Just come backđ

My client came to me with a goal to lose body fat and get some definition.
Running wasn't part of the plan.
She's not a runner. Never has been.
But somewhere along the way she got asked to try it by a friend.
Said yes.
Ran her first ever 5k.
Then a 7k.
Someone who would never have called herself a runner.
That's what happens when you stop putting yourself in a box.
Oh and alongside that.
She dropped from a size 12 to a size 8.
Hit her lowest ever weight.
And has hit some strength PB's hip thrusting 150kg & DB bench pressing the 17.5kgs.
Not bad for someone who wasn't sure she could do 1 goal never mind the extra's..
Insanely fu***ng proud of her.
If you've always told yourself certain things just aren't for you.
Maybe it's time to question that.
