βοΈ From Holiday Goals to Holiday Confidence βοΈ
When this client joined in January, her goal was simple β to feel confident stepping into a bikini for her holiday at the end of May πβοΈ
As a nurse working long shifts and busy weeks, she didnβt have endless time to train. So the focus was consistency and small, sustainable changes she could actually stick to.
Over 5 months she went from 67.1kg (10st 8lb) to 63kg (9st 13lb), losing 4.1kg (9lb) π
What stands out most isnβt just the weight change β itβs how she stayed consistent despite shift work, fatigue, and unpredictable schedules.
No perfect plan. No daily training. Just steady effort, even when weeks werenβt ideal.
And thatβs what made the difference β showing up, resetting when needed, and keeping momentum going over time. π

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for sticking by me during this busy period. Between 1-1 sessions, online clients, community centre classes, and starting evenings at my new jobβ¦ itβs been a lot, but Iβm so gratefulπ«Ά
Most of you know Iβve now started my new role as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, and iβm loving putting everything Iβve learned into practice already. Community health has always been where my passion lies, so stepping into this full-time role is something Iβm really excited for!
From week commencing Monday 4th May, Wednesdays will be my only day for in-person PT in the gym β with morning, afternoon & evening slots (No longer taking on any new in-person clients). I hope to still see as many of you as possible!

Starting at 75.8kg and now down to 73.3kg, achieved in just 7 weeks and a few days through a simple, sustainable approach that fit around her lifestyle.
We focused on just 2 gym sessions per week (upper & lower split) alongside 1 weekly run, as her goal wasnβt just fat loss but also improving her fitness for a new job πββοΈ
We also built up her daily movement, increasing her step goal from 7,000 to 10,000, working around her active lifestyle.
Alongside this, we focused on building simple daily habits:
