Our next daytime Relax & Renew will take place on Saturday 18th April from 10-12pm at Fetterangus Hall and we have a few spaces left.

Enjoy a two-hour practice of deeply relaxing restorative yoga combined with gentle soothing massage, followed by a sound bath and time to chat and enjoy refreshments.
