Hope everyone is enjoying the start of the Summer Holidays ☀️

Just a little reminder, we are continuing all our classes throughout the holidays, however all the Mini and Kids classes will be merged together at 5.30pm-6.30pm.
This is only for during the holidays.
So if you want to keep up with your training or looking for something new to try, come and join us 💪🥋🥊
All other classes will continue as normal
