Next week is the return of Maths Week Scotland.
During the week there will be puzzles and challenges set in a dedicated Microsoft Teams page that all learners and school staff are welcome to take part in. 🧐
To join the Teams page learners can find the joining code in their Maths class team or speak to their maths teacher.
If any pupil is running out of space in their current Maths jotters they can come and collect new ones from the school later this week.
For pupils in S4,5,6 - Wednesday 3rd February (12:30pm to 1:30pm)
For pupils in S1,2,3 - Thursday 4th February (12:30pm to 1:30pm)
Pupils should come to the Prince Street doors where they can collect a new jotter. Please remember to wear face masks if coming to collect.
With online Learning now starting there will be another opportunity for any pupils who missed this last week to collect topic booklets.
If you would like a paper copy then Mr Giffney will be at the Prince Street entrance from 1pm to 1:30pm on Wednesday 13/1/20.

We are aware that there have been some issues this morning accessing documents on Microsoft Teams. These issues should hopefully sort themselves over the next few days.
In the meantime, learners can login to mymaths and complete any tasks that are allocated to them there.
If learners need usernames and passwords then they can contact their maths teacher.
FAO S5/6 Higher Maths Pupils:
Next week online learning resumes and you will be moving on to a new topic - Integration.
The PDF file for the blank notes will be shared on your teams pages for you to print if you can, however, we recognise that not everyone will have access to a printer at home.
If you would like a paper copy of these booklets, Mr Giffney will be available at the Prince Street doors tomorrow between 1pm and 1:30pm. Can you please email Mr Giffney if you would like to collect a paper copy.

S3 Assessment Notice:
Mrs Harris and Mrs Smith's S3 class will sit the first part of the Numeracy assessment next Thursday (19/11/20).
Revision is currently ongoing in class and resources to help revise at home are available on Teams.
If anyone requires any help they can attend after school or lunch times sessions in the faculty :)
