🚨 Emergency in Reception this week! 🚨
Mr Steenkamp was dramatically “arrested” for allegedly stealing some very special classroom diamonds 💎😲
Luckily, our young detectives were on the case… mystery (mostly!) solved!

Yesterday was an amazing Sports Day 2026! 🏃‍♂️ So much energy, teamwork, and great moments all around. Really proud of everyone who took part and gave it their best—what a fantastic day! 💪🏅

What a busy first week back for Lotus class! 🧵✂️ We kicked things off with DT, sewing our own bags—much trickier than expected, but the children showed fantastic perseverance and teamwork throughout 👏 We’ll be finishing them soon, and we’re so proud of their efforts so far!

🌱✨ Daisy Class are loving their new class text Jack and the Beanstalk! They’ve been busy exploring how plants grow in our outdoor area—planting, observing, and learning every step of the way! 🌿🌼

🎨 Last term, Year 6 explored the Impressionists—artists who painted quickly outdoors to capture light and colour as it changed! 🌞🖌️
✨ Fun fact: Claude Monet painted the same haystacks many times to show how light changes!

Throughout this term, we’ll be exploring what it means to be a good friend—showing kindness, building trust, and supporting one another every day. Together, we’ll celebrate the importance of positive relationships and creating a caring school community where everyone belongs ✨
