A huge congratulations to Josh Van Uden, who has passed his light motor vehicle EPA today.

Not only did he pass on his first attempt, but he is also the first candidate to be put forward for this standard by PSA.

A massive congratulations to Josh and our assessor, Tom, for reaching this important milestone. A fantastic achievement all round!

💙 June is Men's Mental Health Month, a time to raise awareness of the mental health challenges that many men face and to encourage open, honest conversations about wellbeing.

It is also an important reminder that mental health affects everyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. As apprentices, balancing work, training, personal commitments, and future career goals can sometimes feel overwhelming, so it's important to remember that support is available and that asking for help is a sign of strength.

At PSA Training, we are committed to creating a supportive environment where every apprentice feels valued, listened to, and safe.

If you are struggling or have concerns about your wellbeing, please reach out.

We have a dedicated Safeguarding Team available to support apprentices and can be contacted at - [email protected] .

If you need additional support, the following organisations offer free and confidential advice:

• Samaritans – 116 123 (24 hours)

• Mind – www.mind.org.uk (http://www.mind.org.uk/)

We are delighted to announce that our apprentice Harvey Willoughby achieved 3rd place in the recent IMI National Skills competition for Automotive Refinishing.

Harvey (pictured left) successfully completed his apprenticeship in Vehicle Damage Paint Technician last year with PSA, and has returned to us to continue his training in Vehicle Damage Panel.

The IMI Skills Competitions set out to identify the most talented young apprentices working in the automotive sector. Run annually, they are designed to raise standards, esteem and levels of expertise in technical skills.

A fantastic achievement Harvey!

Congratulations and Well Done from the Team at PSA.

Tom’s learners have been making great use of their online resources, building the knowledge that underpins everything they do in the workshop.

It’s not just about the practical - understanding the theory is key, especially when working towards EPA.

From revision to research, they’ve been putting the time in to make sure they’re fully prepared and confident in what they’re learning.

Keep it up everyone 👏
