My sessions are about reclaiming dance for what it used to be: COMMUNITY,🤝CONNECTION💗 AND CELEBRATION!🎉
We are finding our own flow and freeing ourselves through movement! So whether you already have dance experience or completely brand new, I am open to ALL LEVELS! I welcome you to the space💖

Friendly reminder to honour your authenticity, especially through movement!! When you have a safe space to do so, PRIORITISE IT! This is especially needed in the dance communities and the world at large right now. Y’all are so inspiring both inside and outside of the studio and I’m truly honoured to work with each and every one of you!
