It’s been a week full of mixed emotions 💛
We’ve said goodbye to friends who’ve been part of our everyday for the past 4 years.
Now we’re welcoming new little faces, ready to begin their journey with us.

Our beach-themed water tray supported rich early years learning 🌊🐚
We extended the play by adding ramps and sea creatures, encouraging problem solving, imaginative play and developing fine motor skills through scooping, pouring and exploring different textures 🐠💦
A simple setup with so many opportunities for learning through play ☀️

Yesterday we had another lovely morning visiting the farm, soft play and parks.

Our beach-themed water tray was a little seaside adventure 🌊🐚
Perfect for scooping, pouring, splashing and discovering all the different textures—so much sensory fun in one tray! ☀️💦

We then re-jigged the tray, using sticks to make marks in the sand and draw funny faces on our shadow heads
