Open to all, all schools, clubs, styles and associations. All levels and abilities welcome (own sparring kit required for sparring workshops)

Instructors.....If this day or these times does not suit working around your current classes why not book a Hyper Workshop day at your own location? Our Hyper Trained Instructors can bring the workshops to you. We offer a mix of stretching, kicking, creative forms and sparring workshops and tailor to your needs.
