This week it has been announced Amber Weather Warning for extreme heat, across the country.

We are lucky that both our Dojo and coffee shop are fully air conditioned. But still take care

• bring plenty of water with you to each session and stay hydrated before and after class

• you can wear official Hicks Family Martial Arts short in class (you must bring you trousers with you as well for sparring).

Great team spirit today at the annual Lincolnshire Open, hosted by SBKA. Always one of our favourite events, with a relaxed competitive environment.
