So last night was a good night 4th year being inducted into the black belt hall of fame, I believe everyone of my students has great potential if you work hard and are dedicated in your training one day you could be getting inducted, keep believing in yourself like I believe in everyone of you

Hi all, I know it’s a hot day I have got to the hall a little early just to make sure it wasn’t to hot to train inside,safe to say the hall is nice and cool, just please remember to bring plenty of water and we will have plenty of breaks 🙂 hopefully see you guys soon

Just would like all my karate friends and family good luck to everyone who is competing at the national championships, for our organisation (English karate organisation) good luck remember everything you have learnt and have fun and smash it, this is the hardest first step you will take stepping onto that mat, Even now I get nervous it’s normal and remember all taht matters is having fun, I’m proud of each and everyone of you, and I will see you tomorrow bright and early
