Today was about Dusting off the ring rust, trial & error at the WKO European Championships.
The plan was just to blow the cobwebs off and try something new, wasn’t about winning, it was about learning

The toughest battle to date for both athletes 🥵
6 months off from competing and over coming injuries BUT they both did great!

Edward (ET) bringing home 1 gold 🥇& 1 silver 🥈
Showing a master class in the boxing with head movements and counters

Motiejus bringing him 1 gold 🥇& 2 silvers 🥈
After a bloody boxing bout he bounced back and smashed his first A class K-1 fight against a tough and talented Thai fighter.

As always a big thank you to Marion for cornering, first aid and getting the kids ready.
