Learning to care for our planet starts early ♻️🌍

Our Preschool children had a wonderful visit from Kerry, from Peterborough College’s Recycling Education Department. During a hands-on, interactive workshop, they learned about recycling, environmental awareness and the practical impact of waste on our world.

This visit is part of our Climate and Sustainability Action Plan, which focuses on:

✨ Decarbonisation: Reducing our carbon footprint
✨ Adaptation and Resilience: Preparing for a changing climate
✨ Biodiversity: Supporting local wildlife and plants
✨ Climate Education: Empowering children to care for the planet

We’re proud to bring these themes to life and help our children build a positive, lasting connection with the natural world 🌍💚

This week, some of our Preschoolers visited the residents at Park House Nursing Home to spread some festive cheer.🎄

It was wonderful to see the different generations coming together to sing their favourite Christmas songs and get creative with some festive mark-making.

Seeing the smiles on everyone's faces was the perfect start to the holiday season. A huge thank you to the staff and residents at Parc House for welcoming us so warmly!

We had a very special visitor at our Christmas Craft morning today! 🎅

The children were busy crafting when Santa arrived with big smiles, Christmas cheer and gifts for the children. A truly special morning full of creativity, joy and Christmas magic that we’ll all remember ❤️✨

Last week, we joined in the nationwide Christmas Jumper Day to support Save the Children.

We are thrilled to announce that we raised £116!

This money will go a long way in helping children around the world. A massive thank you to our families and team for your incredible generosity and for making the day so colorful!

Our nursery children created a beautiful handmade poppy wreath, which was proudly laid during this morning's Remembrance Day service over at Peterborough College

We are so proud of the care and creativity our little ones put into their wreath, helping our community mark this important day.
