ADHD in girls is often undiagnosed due to a number of reasons including assessment tool and presentation male bias to be a big factor. Here is a useful table of common indicators by .com. Some of the research coming out more recently is identifying that girls and women present differently to males and there begs the question, do we need a different assessment and diagnosis pathway?
