We collectively decided what we wanted for dinner today, and to make that happen, we needed a little trip to the shop! 🛒🐼

While we were out, the children received so much praise from members of the public for their amazing behaviour. We were incredibly proud of them! Another little bit of proof that Pandas really are the best. 🤍🐼
When we got back, the children offered to help us carry the shopping inside and, of course, we definitely agreed to that! 😅 Many little hands make light work!

After working so hard at being good, the children asked if they could get the dressing-up box out... and that ended up being the highlight of the day! 👗👑🦸

When our after-school children came back, their little friends invited them to join in too, and the dressing-up fun continued. There were costumes, imagination, lots of giggles and some very interesting characters wandering around Pandas! 😂

Sometimes the simplest things really do create the most fun. 🐼🤍

The reason we love this job is the children. 🤍
It doesn’t always need to be a grand day out or an activity that took hours to prepare to make them happy. Sometimes, simplicity becomes the highlight of their whole day.
You know when you take your child on holiday, plan a million exciting activities, and somehow their favourite memory is finding that one little pebble on the side of the road? 😂
Something a little like that happened at Pandas today.
We had toys laid out and were chatting about what we could do outdoors when one child said they wanted to show us their drawing skills. ✏️🎨 Before we knew it, everyone wanted to join in!
So the plans disappeared and we simply followed the children.
We had the loveliest drawing session together, but the best part wasn't even the drawings. It was listening to all the little stories behind them. Every picture had a meaning, an idea or an adventure attached to it. 🥹🤍
Sometimes the simplest moments really are the ones that bring the most joy.
And that is exactly why we love what we do. 🐼🤍

🌧️📚 Our Literacy Mystery Walk was WET… but definitely no less fun! 🐼🤍

A little rain was never going to stop our Pandas! ☔😂

Today, to celebrate International Literacy Day, we headed out on our very own Mystery Story Walk with a couple of mysteries to solve! 🔎

🐻 Mystery No. 1: Which story will become our core story for this month?
After some investigating, exploring and discussing, we all agreed on…

📖 “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt!” 🐻🌿

☔ Mystery No. 2: Could we find the least wet spot to sit down and enjoy our story? 😂

Mission accomplished! We found our little reading spot, read the story together and then sang the song version too. 🎶🐻

But our adventure wasn’t finished there…

The children then had to look around us and spot things that reminded them of parts of our story. 👀🌿💦

A wonderfully soggy afternoon full of stories, singing, exploring, thinking and LOTS of laughter. 🌧️📚

Turns out you don’t need perfect weather for a perfect little adventure. 🐼🤍

What a lovely first day back! 🤍🖤
It was so wonderful to see just how much the children had missed Pandas, and we’re very happy to report that not even one tear was shed today! 🥰 Everyone arrived in a super happy mood and settled straight back into our Pandas routine.
To celebrate being back together, we enjoyed an extra-long daily walk and even treated ourselves to a little trip to the play park! 🌳🛝 Lots of fresh air, movement, laughter and very happy little Pandas.

And that’s our End of Year Party DONE! 🐼🎉❤️

It was definitely far too hot for our planned celebration walk today ☀️🥵, so we brought the party indoors instead!

We had games, challenges, certificates, prizes, plenty of giggles and lots of celebrating everything our little Pandas have achieved this year. 🏆🎓✨

What an incredible year it has been! We’ve watched our little people learn, grow, become more confident, make friendships and create SO many memories along the way. ❤️

Thank you to all of our wonderful Pandas families for being part of this year with us. Here’s to an even bigger, happier and slightly less chaotic 😂 year ahead!

End of year complete ✅
