We’re looking forward to welcoming prospective Year 7 students and their families to our Open Evening on Thursday 8th October.

Keeping you updated

We have recently emailed parents and carers with some important information about attendance, including term-time absence and illness.

We are aware that, due to a technical issue, some of these emails may not have reached everyone they were intended for. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

🏑 A brilliant afternoon of hockey!

Our students had a fantastic time developing their hockey skills, taking part in a variety of drills and learning from some of our very own experts, Olly and Neve. 👏

It was also great to see them working alongside students from other schools, building confidence, teamwork and new skills along the way.

Even better, some students came away saying they now want to take up hockey outside of school. What a fantastic outcome! 🌟

Well done to everyone who got involved and gave it their all.

Sparx Maths: Week 3

We’ve seen improvements across almost every area this week. A fantastic effort from our Year 7–10 students.

But we’re not stopping there.

Together as NPA, our goal is clear:

100% of students.
100% of their Maths homework.
Completed on time.
Every week.

Every student has a part to play in helping us reach that goal.

⛵ What an incredible experience!

Our Tall Ships trip has officially come to an end, and we are so proud of everything our students have achieved along the way.

Every student has gained an RYA qualification in Practical Sailing, a fantastic achievement and a brilliant way to round off such a memorable few days. 👏

Here are a few moments captured from the final day, with students working together, building confidence and making the most of their last time out on the water. 🌊

A huge thank you to Cross Keys Homes and Tall Ships Youth Trust for making this experience possible and giving our students an opportunity they’ll remember for a long time.

⛵ A perfect way to finish the trip!

It’s the final day of our Tall Ship adventure, and the wind has picked up, giving our students a brilliant opportunity to work together and really get the boat sailing. 🌊

A fantastic chance to put everything they’ve learned into practice, communicate as a team and enjoy one last adventure on the water.

We’ve continued to have a really positive start to the 2026/27 academic year, and it’s brilliant to see so many of our students building strong attendance habits. 👏

🏆 Year 12 and Year 7 are now level pe***ng, with both year groups leading the way!

👏 Year 13 and Year 8 are close behind.

And to Year 10 and Year 11, we know you can close the gap! 💪

🌊 A brilliant first day in Dorset for our A-Level Geographers!

Our students have been busy putting their fieldwork skills into practice and collecting a huge range of data.

The physical geographers have completed longshore drift tests, beach measurements, coastal management surveys, wave tests and groyne sediment profiles.

Meanwhile, our human geographers have been investigating air and noise quality, housing quality, accessibility and land use through transects.

A fantastic start to the trip, with lots of practical learning, teamwork and real-world geography in action. 👏

Well done to everyone for getting stuck in and making the most of the day!

Over 40 students joined us at our Year 9 and 10 Football Club tonight! 💪

It’s fantastic to see so many students getting involved, staying active and enjoying football together after school.
