On Wednesday, the Language Leaders (some students were missing) celebrated their completion of the programme with a French snack: croissants, pains au chocolat, crêpes au chocolat, jus d'orange et jus de pomme. 🍊🍏🥐🥞

The MFL department is very proud of their achievement and have been really impressed with all the skills the Year 9 students have displayed and developed throughout this Academic year. Bravo! 🇫🇷 🌟

UPDATE: The Year 7s on the PGL Overstrand trip have arrived safely ☺️

𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟕 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 ☀️🌤️🌥️🌦️🌧️⛈️❄️

All year 7 geography classes participated in a weather build this term. They had to build any weather phenomenon, e.g. tornadoes, blizzards, storms, etc., and add an explanation to their model.

The models were of a high standard and congratulations to all the students for their effort in completing the projects.
Three students achieved top honours. They are in 1st place, Logan, in 2nd place, Daniel, and in 3rd place, Emese.

A huge congratulations to all of our Gold DofE teams, who have successfully completed their expedition in Dartmoor National Park! What an incredible few days of adventure, resilience, teamwork, and determination.

A special congratulations goes to our Blue Team, who have successfully passed their qualifying expedition and, with it, completed their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. This is an outstanding achievement and the culmination of years of hard work, commitment, and perseverance. We couldn’t be prouder! 🌟

Our students are now enjoying a well-earned meal before we begin the journey back to Peterborough. Students will contact their parents directly with an estimated time of arrival once we are on the road.

Well done to every student—you’ve been an absolute credit to yourselves and the academy. 👏💛
