Not long to go now! This Sunday we’re welcoming Pete Adamsons from Scorpion Taekwondo to Evolution for a fantastic Olympic-style Competition Workshop. 🥋
Pete is one of the UK’s most experienced coaches, so this is a great opportunity to pick up some new skills, improve your sparring and learn from one of the best.

🥋 Competition Workshop with Pete Adamsons 🥋
We’re delighted to welcome Pete Adamsons from Scorpion Taekwondo to Evolution for an exclusive Olympic Style Taekwondo Competition Workshop.
Pete is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading competition coaches. As the founder of Scorpion Taekwondo, one of the country’s largest and most successful clubs, he has coached numerous national and international athletes and helped develop competitors at the highest level.
Whether you’re looking to compete for the first time or improve your sparring skills, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the very best.

🇬🇧 GB National Taekwondo Centre Experience 🇬🇧
A huge well done to Isla, who attended a training session at the GB National Taekwondo Centre, hosted by GB Taekwondo.
It was a fantastic day filled with hard work, learning and plenty of challenges. Isla showed a brilliant attitude from start to finish, putting in a solid few hours of training that included technical drills, conditioning, and lots of sparring rounds to finish the session.
Experiences like these are invaluable, giving our students the opportunity to train alongside athletes from different clubs, learn from top coaches, and push themselves outside of their comfort zone.
We’re incredibly proud of the effort and determination Isla showed throughout the day. Keep working hard—the future is looking bright! 🥋💪🔥

☀️ Summer Timetable Update ☀️
As we head into the summer holidays, we’re going to see how things go this week before deciding whether to move to our reduced summer timetable.
The only change if we do move to the summer timetable will be that our Intermediate & Advanced classes will combine into one session. All other classes will remain the same.
📅 Please note: There will be no Friday classes throughout the six-week summer holidays, regardless of whether we move to the reduced timetable.
We’ll also be monitoring attendance at our Sparring class this week. If numbers drop, we may decide to pause this class during the six-week holiday as well.
