I iced this beautiful wedding cake and put the flowers together because unfortunately my friend had injured her arm. I stepped in to ice the cake and arrange the sugar flowers that I’d previously taught her how to make.

Sometimes you just need a little extra help to bring everything together.

💙🩷 Here we go again… it’s Mamma Mia time! 🩷💙

What a joy it was to create this bespoke Mamma Mia-inspired celebration cake for the wonderful summer party at Waterhouse Manor Care Home! ☀️🌸🎶

Inspired by the beautiful whitewashed buildings of the Greek islands, this two-tier cake features vibrant bougainvillea, blue shutters, terracotta pots, sparkling disco balls and, of course, the iconic Mamma Mia! sign to bring the party to life.

Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces makes every hour of creating these special cakes worthwhile. I hope the residents, families and staff had a fantastic day filled with music, dancing and lots of laughter! 💃🕺✨
