Year 5 students had an exciting three-day adventure in the Forest on their Bushcraft Trip. They enjoyed workshops on fire-lighting, shelter building, basic survival first aid, and tool use - including safely deboning a fish🎣

The pupils enhanced their teamwork, leadership, and decision-making skills through plane crash survival simulations, slept in their homemade shelters, and cooked their meals on open fires - what an experience! 🔥⛺

On Wednesday, we welcomed five local schools for an inspiring Able, Gifted & Talented Partnership Afternoon ⭐

Pupils took part in two engaging workshops:

💪 Strength & Conditioning with POSH Academy S&C Coach, Taewoog Kim
🧠 Mastering the Challenge Mindset – The Resilient Performer with Eve Allison, SEPiT with POSH Women

In the Fitness Suite, pupils were put through their paces with Taewoog, tackling fun challenges while gaining valuable tips on building effective workout routines. Meanwhile, in the Hall, Eve encouraged them to reframe negative thoughts and develop a positive, resilient mindset.

A fantastic afternoon with students from Bourne Grammar, Jack Hunt, Hampton Gardens, Hampton College and Kings School 👏

Our Nursery children had a fantastic morning on Tuesday when Ark Farm visited with their animals! Lambs, goats, chickens, ducks, pigs and Dec the Donkey were all welcome visitors, treated to lots of brushes and strokes! 🐖 🐔🦆🐇

Year 6 returned more than ready for half term after an action packed residential to York last week! York Minster, York Castle Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre, A river trip and York Railway Museum were all part of the itinerary over their exciting three days away.

We were also delighted to receive a glowing response from our hotel, complimenting our Year 6's impeccable behaviour and delightful manners. A wonderful trip all round ❤️🏰

A big thank you to the PTG for sponsoring the chick hatching experience for Reception! Reception have thoroughly enjoyed watching the chicks hatch and taking care of them in the classroom.

Last week, our Preparatory School celebrated Science with two fantastic days of exploration and discovery 🔬✨

Nursery, Reception and KS1 enjoyed an exciting visit from Lincs Planetarium, learning about day and night and nocturnal animals 🌍🌙

KS2 pupils took part in hands‑on workshops focused on space, energy and forces, as well as a special visit from the IBMS Learning Lab. They became real scientists—conducting investigations and even creating their own DNA keyrings!

A huge thank you to Mrs Owusu for helping make this possible. We hope we’ve inspired many budding scientists for the future 🚀

A huge congratulations to our Year 8 Mixed Doubles pairs in the PDSSA Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament! Hugo and Aliya triumphed in all 5 of their matches, earning the full 25 points. Morten, Lucia, Kailen, Molly, Harrison, and Simi also delivered outstanding performances, contributing to TPS securing the third consecutive shield 🥇🎾
