This , we’re continuing to celebrate our incredible team of literacy champions in Peterborough, who make change happen🧡

Yesterday, we had our Big Lunch volunteer week celebration at Cross Keys Community Cafe!

Our amazing Literacy Champions who attended have helped at events, stickered books, delivered story sessions, made activity packs for hospital patients, held book swaps and hidden books in their communities. They have really gone all in to promote literacy in their homes and working lives.

Once again, a huge thank you to all our literacy champions in Peterborough, and a special thank you to Cross Keys Homes for preparing a wonderful lunch and letting us use their room!

As we come to the end of another half term.

What a busy one it’s been

We have had lots of fun at our allotment

Did a national literacy book hide and seek in the local area

Looking forward to the new term.

Happy Earth day 🌎 we have been busy making a large scale Earth
We ran out of green paint so we thought let’s make green ourself with yellow and blue paint

Whilst we was out hanging birdfeeders we  collected some branches/ twigs dryed them out and made stickmen reading & taking about the adventures he went on,
we talked about adventures we would go on if we were with stickman

Making bird feeder we hung some in the garden & took some to the local woodland and put them in the trees

We have started back all refreshed.
