The end of an era……It was my last day with the children today & now I’m officially packing away the toys for good. A fun but emotional last day🥰. Thank you to everyone for all the thoughtful,beautiful gifts & touching words in the cards. It’s been a wonderful 33 years in childcare. Thank you to everyone who has supported me during those years. Wishing everyone well for the future.x 🥰

Once I get sorted I will be selling all the toys & equipment I have accumulated over the years so you will probably see lots of posts advertising. If you know anyone who maybe interested in anything please message me.

Wishing you lots of fun at school William.
From a baby of 9months to an independent,clever,polite,caring boy all ready for his next adventure,school. It has been such a pleasure looking after you. Seeing you grow & develop. We’ve had so many happy adventures & fun. You made us smile every day. I’m looking forward to hearing all about the exciting things you do at school & the new friends you’ll make. After 33 years in childcare at the end of August I shall be “packing the toys away” for the last time.
Due to the physical demands of the job & family commitments I shall be finishing childminding.
I have loved every moment of my career in childcare. I have been one of the fortunate ones to enjoy my work. I have cared for many children over the years & hopefully given them a good start in life,giving them the foundations to grow & thrive.
I would like to thank all of the parents who have given me the opportunity & privilege of caring for their child.
It’s been a wonderful journey with some truly amazing families. Thank you for all their support & working with me to guide their children on their social & educational journey.
I would also like to thank my true friend, Julia, who I had the pleasure of working with through various childcare settings for 29 years. It was an absolute joy working with her. We laughed till we cried & created so many happy memories. Our time together with the children was filled with laughter, adventures, happy memories & lots of fun times.
