Time flies when you're having fun! I've realised upon paying my Ofsted bill that it's our 15th birthday! 🎉
Happy Birthday to us!
Thank you all of you for being a part of our journey 🤩

It's time for us to unplug and take a little rest, our first proper break since Christmas so a re-charge is welcomed!
Summer term-part 1 has been wonderfully busy and we have an even busier term 2 planned with multiple events, staggered settling in days and supporting transitions commences.
We look forward to welcoming you back on Wednesday 10th June. Please continue to update tapestry and send me your lovely photos- always welcomed 🙌Any messages or enquiries will be replied to on our return 🙂

Our days have been filled with nature trails, learning about minibeasts and their habitats. A visit to the woodland resulted in some lovely photos in the beautiful bluebells (following tracks and being very careful). Scenic picnics and some days out such as Wicksteed Park. 🎡🦟🪰🐛🦋

📣🎉⭐️ OFSTED REPORT ⭐️🎉📣
We are officially allowed to share with you our most recent Ofsted report from our routine inspection on 5th February 2026.
We are THRILLED to say that we received a "strong" judgement in ALL SIX AREAS. 💪
This is a fantastic result and very difficult to achieve under the new inspection framework, so we are over the moon that our inspector was able to capture everything that makes us Laura's Explorers.
The report will go live on the Ofsted website early next week, however, I will be sending a copy to all our families today. We are sure you'll agree it truly reflects our commitment, amazing children and what its like to be at our setting.
