Through our partnership with Ecologi, we’ve funded 2,570 trees and helped avoid 279.95 tonnes of CO₂ emissions over the past 48 months.
It’s not world-changing on its own.
But it’s a step in the right direction.
For the businesses we work with, this goes beyond compliance or ticking boxes. It’s about working with partners who are trying to do things better, while still delivering results where it matters day to day.
We’ll keep building on this. If you’d like to see our impact so far, you can view our Ecologi profile here:

Is your business actually compliant, or are you just hoping for the best?
When it comes to workplace safety, "we've always done it this way" is a dangerous strategy. Regulations change, workplaces evolve, and blind spots happen to the best of us.
Our comprehensive Health & Safety Audits are designed to:
• Identify hidden hazards before they cause incidents.
• Ensure full compliance with the latest legislation.
• Protect your most valuable asset, your team.
• Save your business from costly fines and downtime.
Don’t wait for an inspection or an accident to find out where your gaps are. Be proactive.

Small actions can make a big difference to mental health.
This Mental Health Awareness Week (11th – 17th May 2026), we’re encouraging everyone to come together, support one another, and prioritise wellbeing, because mental health matters every single day.
This year’s theme, Action, reminds us that while awareness is important, meaningful change happens when we take positive steps forward. Even the smallest actions can help us feel more connected, supported, and hopeful. And when we take action together, the impact is even greater.
Action: For Yourself. For Someone Else. For All Of Us.
Together, we’ve made significant progress in conversations around mental health, but there is still more to do. By taking action now, we can help create healthier workplaces, stronger communities, and better support systems for everyone.
Take Action For Yourself
Whether it’s building healthier habits, taking time to recharge, speaking openly, or simply checking in with yourself, small positive actions can make a lasting difference to your mental wellbeing.
Take Action For Someone Else
We all play a part in creating mentally healthy environments, at work, at home, and within our communities. A simple conversation, supportive gesture, or moment of understanding can have a powerful impact on someone else’s wellbeing.
Starting The Conversation
Talking about mental health can sometimes feel difficult, but it shouldn’t have to be. Open and honest conversations are one of the most important steps towards breaking stigma and encouraging support.
Supporting Others To Take Action
Encouraging someone to prioritise their mental health with empathy and understanding can help them feel seen, supported, and less alone.
Prioritising Mental Health At Work
Creating a workplace culture that values wellbeing goes beyond awareness; it requires meaningful action, support, and ongoing commitment.

Driving for Better Business - Mental Health & Driver Wellbeing.
Our monthly fleet focus delves deeper into some of the key road safety topics to improve your understanding, with free resources for you to share with your drivers.
Driving is for most people the most dangerous activity they can do.
We know that in the great majority of cases the initial outcome of a crash is around driver behaviour, with distraction, fatigue and medical issues being the root cause.
It’s fundamental that as an organisation and as a manager or owner you are aware of your drivers’ mental health and wellbeing, as well as their physical health, because mental health problems can affect driving performance. Stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues can affect a driver’s driving style, judgement and reaction times.
Check in with your drivers, make time to talk, and educate managers so they know how to respond if they suspect someone is suffering, or if they are approached by an affected employee. Ensure drivers eat well, stay hydrated, exercise and take adequate and healthy rests from driving.
• Make sure you’ve got the policies you need in place to ensure your drivers are in good mental health & fit to drive.
• Make sure everyone involved is aware of their responsibilities – including managers & supervisors.
• Don’t be afraid to approach drivers and ask if they are alright – ask twice – and find time to talk.
So, how confident are you that your drivers are in good mental health and fit to work and drive?
