We are excited to bring you 'Wonder', our next Letton Hall Halfterm Houseparty!

Letton Hall Houseparty is a retreat-residential run by CROPS. Four incredible days with go-karting, outdoor activities/wide games, music, seminars, activity workshops, worship and teaching, bonfire, movie night, talent show! A great day for our mentoring project, we’ve just started in a new primary school! We also had another school get in touch today looking for mentors, which shows just how much this support is needed. This week at the Queen Katharine Christian Union, one of our young people introduced us to a lovely Orthodox Easter custom: the egg-tapping game!

Here is how it works: Two people each take an egg and tap the ends together. Whoever's egg cracks first loses! But the most powerful part isn't the game itself—it's what you say while doing it. As we tapped the shells, one person declared, "Christ is risen!" and the other responded, "Truly He is risen!"

The cracking of the hard shell beautifully represents the opening of the tomb and the Resurrection.

We absolutely love seeing students share their faith, heritage, and traditions with each other.
