This popped up on my memories. It's a little bit of lavender given to me by a 3-year-old pupil at the beginning of a French group I was teaching for toddlers. I was handed the lavender with a huge smiley face. It's these interactions which remind me how precious those moments are when young children start their first classes and how you can have a lasting impression on them for years to come. Who was the first teacher/tutor/instructor that you can remember and what made them stand out?
