Dear all my lovely class participants - I unfortunately am going to be stopping the classes on a Monday night for the time being.
I have lost somebody very close to me and in honesty i am trying to figure out how to cope.
If I owe you money from the blocks - drop me a line on messenger and I will sort out what I owe.
The sculpture below is symbolic to me and reminds me to reflect.

Good morning everyone !!
So I have to be in London for meetings all day on Monday and I just can't get out of them !!
I will have to postpone the classes for just one more week and I will give you money back if you have paid in blocks !!
Absolute nightmare!!!

Good morning Stamford !!! So clearly the Snow is melting - I think we should focus on melting FAT and building DEFINITION !!
