🧶 TDA is proud to be supporting Age UK during Terms 1 and 2 by taking part in Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough big-knit-campaign. Tutor groups are also creating Christmas gift bags to be distributed to day centres across the region. 🎁
🤝 Groups of students from Years 9, 10 and 11 will visit the Werrington day centre, and in December members of the Age UK community will join us at TDA for afternoon tea. The partnership began this week, with Year 9 enjoying a wonderful morning of conversation and tea with members of the local community! ☕💬

🧵 We would love the wider community to get involved in the Big Knit! If you can knit or crochet—or know a friend or family member who can—please contact Kelly Joiner at [email protected]. Every hat raises 30p for Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

The Year 8 TDA football team delivered a dominant performance to secure an emphatic victory over The Peterborough School this week.

Their quick, short passing game allowed them to control possession, create numerous chances, and maintain the upper hand throughout the match.

The team's attacking play was full of energy, creativity and quality, resulting in an impressive goal tally and a memorable performance.

A fantastic team effort and a thoroughly deserved result for TDA, showcasing the players' hard work, teamwork and determination. ⚽🏆

It was wonderful to welcome so many prospective pupils and families. Our current students proudly showcased the school across all departments and brought the curriculum to life through interactive activities. Guests heard from our Principal, Assistant Principal, current Year 7 students and our Principal Students. They were also able to experience aspects of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme, Combined Cadet Force and other extra curricular activities.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success!
