🎉💃 FRI-YAY VIBES ONLY! 💃🎉

We have survived messy playdough, snack negotiations, and at least four renditions of "Baby Shark" today... and that was just before dinner time! 🦈😅

Our little learners laughed, played, created, and maybe painted a little too far outside the lines (and onto their socks). But hey — that’s the preschool life! 🎨👣

Here’s to a weekend full of rest (for parents 😴), play (for kids 🧸), and maybe—just maybe—a little less glue on the furniture. 🤞✨

Abbi from our setting joined the National Literacy Trust in Peterborough over the summer supporting events.

This summer, we've reached over 1,000 children at events across Peterborough! 🎉

We had six brilliant weeks of storytelling, reading, and family fun across the city, spreading the magic of books far and wide!

From our Summer Story Hunt launch at Peterborough Central Park to hopping aboard events with our fantastic partners - Barnardo's Central and East Child and Family Centres, Peterborough Museum & Art Gallery, Peterborough City Council's Family Hubs, Family Action and Queensgate Peterborough - it's been a joy to see so many families getting stuck into stories. Huge well done to all the organisations who made this summer sparkle!

And, as always, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to all our incredible Literacy Champions who helped make this season so special. Together, we're helping grow a generation of readers in our city.

Summer can be a time for relaxing, but keeping young minds active is just as important. Whether it's stories, poems, joke books or chapters, reading together helps children feel happier, more confident, and ready to thrive when school starts again.
