🧠Did you know May is Mental Health month?

At AMVC we recognise mental health and wellbeing every day of the year and offer students a range of opportunities to address their wellbeing, promote support and also reflect on actions and improvements.

This Mental Health month, we are going to showcase a central idea behind wellbeing promotion- Gratitude 🙏

In assemblies this week students are being asked to consider the idea of kindness and gratitude and are invited to write a teacher and a fellow peer gratitude cards which will be posted in our gratitude post boxes placed at Main Reception to be delivered to their selected recipients.

Let's share some thanks, boost someone else and show people what a difference they make to us. There is no them in mental health, only us and together we can support one another 💕
