At the WMAC English open at North Solihull Sports centre. These two produced some great fights and Kalim gains an English title. 24 hours and they are back into training for the next one. Well done boys.

The Eagle has landed. Instead of resting Taylor is in class working towards her next competition at the weekend in Italy. She has just come away from the world Championships in Hull where she put in a superb showing taking 3 Silvers and a Bronze. She always seems to like fighting above her age and weight. Well done Taylor now go get the next lot. 🤣🤣😁👍🏽

At the ICO squad training for continuous fighting at Neil Kelly's Place in Birmingham. It was busy as, and hot as hell. Great training and kit fitting done. It was great to see some old faces and some new ones too. Harry and Taylor enjoyed the hell out of it and looking forward to the next one.

Viper and Task honing their skills at Owen Kings seminar in Nottingham. The more you do the better you get. Big thanks go out to Owen King, Rob Taylor and Sam Wood.
