Little Incredibles Childcare

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team at Little Incredibles, a small nursery setting in Yaxley. We believe children learn best in a warm, caring environment where they feel safe and respected. We promote outdoor learning and physical play and our pedagody is grounded in a variety of approaches based on the children's interests and development needs. The role requires you to be in ratios with the children for 3 or 4 days per week with opportunity to cover for sickness and holiday. Please contact us if you would like an informal chat.

Job Purpose
Little Incredibles Play Champions have a natural affinity with children and love working in a child lead environment, they are open listeners and communicators and recognise every child as unique and individual learners. As Play Champion you meet the needs of all children and their families by providing a safe and inclusive environment, you value and promote the Little Incredibles ethos and, through creative, physical, imaginary and sensory play and learning opportunities enable all children to achieve through delivery of the Little Incredibles curriculam. Play Champions are an essential and highly valued part of the Little Incredibles family.
