Year 8 students recently wrapped up their bridge-building project, putting their engineering and teamwork skills to the test. Working in collaborative groups, they designed and constructed impressive bridges using only spaghetti. Throughout the challenge, students explored the physical properties of materials, mastered key structural design principles, and put their creations through rigorous load and stress testing to evaluate performance.

This hands-on activity not only developed their practical STEM abilities and problem-solving skills but also taught them valuable lessons in planning, communication, and collaboration. Check out the final creations built by our talented young engineers!
