Our students had a brilliant time on a bowling trip, building confidence, social skills and friendships outside the classroom. They have also been developing their practical barbering skills, learning how to create a perm and gaining valuable experience in a real-world style setting.

Well done to all involved — it’s great to see our learners trying new things, building independence and developing skills for the future! 👏✨

✨ Celebrating Acts of Kindness at the TDET awards ✨

We are incredibly proud to celebrate these inspiring examples of kindness from across our school community. Each nominee has shown the very best of our values: Ambition, Character and Safe.

Through supporting others, showing patience and compassion, raising money for an important cause, mentoring peers and helping to create calm, caring environments, they have demonstrated real character and a commitment to making a positive difference.

Their actions show ambition not only for themselves, but for those around them — encouraging others to thrive, feel supported and believe in their potential. They also remind us how important it is to create safe, respectful spaces where everyone can feel valued.

Well done to all of our nominees. You are fantastic role models, and we are so proud of the kindness, courage and positivity you bring to our community. 💚
