Introducing our Inspire Coaching Pathway 💜

DISCOVER → DEVELOP → DEFINE → EXCEL

Our pathway is designed to make it easier to understand where our classes sit, what you can expect from your training and where you might want to go next.

It isn't about racing through levels or ticking off skills. It's about finding the right training for you — whether you're completely new to aerial, developing your skills across different apparatus, refining your own strengths or training more independently.

You'll now see DISCOVER, DEVELOP, DEFINE and EXCEL across our class timetable and bookings.

Find your place. Train your way. 💜

✨ AERIAL STRAPS IS BACK ON MONDAYS ✨

Ready to DEVELOP your straps training?

Our Aerial Straps Develop class combines strength and conditioning with core straps skills, technique and spinning — helping you build the strength, control and confidence to progress your straps and wider aerial training.

You don’t need previous straps experience, although a good base of aerial training is recommended.

We have a few opportunities to train with Aerialist & acrobatics artist during September while he’s off on his travels ✈️ so get yourselves booked onto the October dates which are now up!
