Well, what can we say? It's been a wonderful last couple of days. We are so happy that we got to say farewell to you all. Thank you for coming.

Leavers Party 2025!

What a wonderful bunch of children heading off to 'Big School'. We had great fun celebrating with you today and are so proud of each and everyone of you.

We are looking forward to celebrating with all the Rainbow children and their parents this Tuesday, 2pm-3pm, for our final farewell.

Our last full week at Rainbow has been yet another busy and fun packed one.

What another wonderful week we've had!

The children LOVED meeting our local PCSO Arthur. He very kindly answered all of their questions including "Do you eat donuts?".
The children explored the van and even had a go at breaking out of the cage. Thank you Northamptonshire Police for the informative and very fun visit.

We managed to make it through the heat!

We've had a lot of fun with water fights, melting ice and even hanging out the washing.
The children have played different musical instruments, made ice cream pictures and clay pots/decorations too.

Another wonderful week had in the sunshine!
We've been busy building boats, flying kites, and rescuing toys from the ice. The children have also been making beautiful sand art pictures and a new bug hotel.

Feeling hot, hot, hot!
Despite the heat we've had a busy and fun filled week. We've made the most of the shade from the tree, lots of sand and water play, and had super heroes saving the day.

It was lovely to see you all at our open evening.
The children have made lots of dens and enjoyed water play to keep cool in this heat. Check out the giant bubbles we made!

What a busy first week back we've had.
Thank you Oundle Fire Station for coming to visit. The children loved exploring the fire engine, learning about the thermal cameras, having a go with the hose and listening to the sirens.

This week we have carried on with our minibeasts topic. We have been collecting some minibeasts to put in the tray to look at with the magnifying glass and talking about them, made a wormery and did lots of minibeast crafts.
We have also been learning the letters from our names, building, putting on shows, team races and woodwork.

If you could be a minibeast what would you be?!
This week the children have enjoyed looking at different types of minibeasts. They have continued with their wood work making picture frames.
We also set up a roadway including a zebra crossing and an amazing petrol pump.
