Jack joined GoGoGo Driving School on the intensive course week commencing 16th February 2026… and what happened next was nothing short of incredible.

✅ Theory Test – PASSED 1st time (on the Friday of the course!)
✅ Driving Test – PASSED 1st time (the very next Monday!)

STOP booking driving tests if you haven’t had any driving lessons !!!
I don’t care that you have been driving on an international licence for 12 months and that you have a test booked for next Wednesday and can I use your car……NO !!!! NO!!!! NO!!!!
It’s not easy to pass the driving test in the UK. You need to have your driving properly assessed before going anywhere near a Driving test centre.
If you use my car you will need to be at test standard and that won’t be achieved in a single one hour lesson and then don't tell me your test is in a weeks time and expect me to give you 10 lessons in the space of a week.
My diary was full before COVID and it sure as hell hasn’t changed.
I don’t need the aggravation.

PS, the same goes for any learner who has passed the theory test, booked the practical test and then decided to look for an instructor. It doesn’t work like that.
I only take people to test when they can drive independently for every aspect of the syllabus.

Couldn't do my first lesson this morning as my wife's car wouldn't start and mine was behind it on the driveway !!
Not a great start to the day.

When you think about parking next to or in a disabled bay this is reason for the dividing lines between bays.
Please be considerate to others.

Following the roadmap for lifting lockdown it looks as though Driving Lessons and tests will be able to resume from 12th April. However this could change and will be constantly reviewed in line with government figures.

I will be in touch with all existing students within the next few days to arrange lessons going forward from this date.

Regrettably we face another lockdown! For my current pupils this means still no lessons and for those of you that had theory or practical tests booked then, unfortunately these will be postponed or cancelled. Please check your emails in the next few days. At this stage we know that we’re in full lockdown until at least mid February so until our restrictions ease back to at least tier 3, there will be no lessons. I just want to reassure you all that your place with me remains, that goes for the pupils I have booked in but are still yet to meet. This is frustrating for us all but please feel free to message me if you have any concerns. Most importantly we need to remain focused on staying safe and following the rules. The sooner we do this, the sooner we can start learning to drive again. Stay safe everyone 😷❤️

**** COVID-19 TIER 4 RESTRICTIONS IN PETERBOROUGH UPDATE 30/12/2020 ****

Dear Pupils,

The Government has announced an extension to Tier 4 restrictions in England. Unfortunately, Peterborough remains under Tier 4 for the time being. This means that driving lessons cannot commence still. I hope that the level of restrictions will be reduced following the next review due on the 18th of January 2021. Until then all planned lessons and tests have been suspended. Those of you who have had their driving tests scheduled between now and the 18th of January should shortly receive an email from the DVLA canceling the tests.
As soon as I have any updates I'll let you know.
