We would like to wish all our wonderful Year 6 children good luck in their SATs. Here are some helpful tips for parents and carers to support them over the coming week.

End of Key Stage 2 SATS begin soon – wishing all children and parents the very best for 11 May as the week commences!

Remember, while SATS are important, they're just one part of the learning journey. All children should be proud of their efforts and determination, and every step forward is a success!

Mums, dads and carers, it’s a great opportunity to remind your children that doing their best is what matters most. As we head closer to the start date, encourage breaks, fun activities, and conversations about how they're feeling. Also make sure your child enjoys a good night's sleep and arrives at school on time each day. And best of all there's no need for extra revision as children have been thoroughly prepared by their schools.

Peterborough City Council and all those supporting children wish to extend heartfelt thanks to parents and carers for their invaluable support.

Year 5 had a wonderful time at the Space Centre last week.

There's been some egg-citing new arrivals in Nursery this week. On Tuesday we had some eggs delivered. Over the last few days each egg has hatched, giving us 10 adorable fluffy chicks. The children have loved meeting their new class mates and learning how to care for them. Next week we will be learning a little more about chickens.

Don't forget tomorrow is non-uniform day to help us finish our Mental Health Week celebrations.
