I am a Freelance Bassist in the Peterborough Area, available for Session and dep work 😀 I have a huge passion for the future generation of music.
I have been a bassist for 15 Years and have been a Musician for nearly 20 years. I have also worked as a Sound Engineer and I DJ both private functions and as a Drum N Bass DJ under the name DJ PaPa. Well, what a year it's been! 😊 I admit, I haven't been as active here as I should be. 😅 Freelance projects took a back seat in 2023, but get ready for a burst of creativity in 2024! 🎨 Exciting news – I've got two albums dropping this year. One with incredibly talented songwriters; a sneak peek awaits in the comments. The other? A psychedelic electronic album heavily influenced by the sounds of Shpongle & OTT, but much more bass led, under my pseudonym Cosmic Lama . 🌌 Still in the early stages, but it's a new creative path I'm exploring and I can't wait to share it with you.
Expect a boost in my Session and Dep work – for the first time in 10 years I have plenty of availability! 🎸 If you're in need of a bassist, drop me a message. 📬 I have a few live projects in the works too, including a longtime dream project I've always wanted to do – more details coming soon! 😜 This marks a fresh chapter in my music career, and I'm thrilled about the possibilities. After a decade, I finally have the time to experiment, and I'm grateful for the amazing community of musicians around me. Then again in Bourne tommorow in the square at 5pm followed by the Sausage & Cider Festival in Oakaham at the Grainstore.
