🌳☀️ Macaws Room Adventure! 🦜💚

Our Macaws had a wonderful morning at the park today! 🌿😊

We enjoyed a lovely walk together, taking in the fresh air and exploring our surroundings. 🚶‍♀️🍃 Along the way, we had a little adventure, spotting lots of interesting things in nature and chatting with our friends. 🌼🐞

After all our exploring, we sat down for a delicious picnic together. 🧺🍎 It was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy each other's company in the sunshine. ☀️💛

A morning full of smiles, laughter, fresh air, and happy memories! 🌈✨

🌿🐻 Cubs Room Adventure! 🐻🌿

Today our Cubs enjoyed a lovely local walk down to the woodland area and a visit to the local allotment! 🚶🍃

The children loved exploring the different plants and spotting lots of juicy tomato plants 🍅. They admired the beautiful flowers in bloom 🌸🌼, said hello to the friendly chickens 🐔, and were excited to watch the fish swimming in the pond 🐟.

It was a wonderful opportunity to explore nature, learn about where food grows, and enjoy the fresh air together. 🌞💚

Since joining the Jungle Tots team, Imogen has become a valued member of our nursery family. It has been wonderful to watch her confidence grow as she continues to challenge herself, embrace new training opportunities, and put everything she learns into practice. Our little explorers had a fantastic day out! 🌞 We enjoyed a delicious trip for some yummy ice creams 🍦😋 before diving into an exciting under-the-sea adventure activity! 🐠🐙🐢

The children loved discovering fascinating sea creatures 🦀⭐🐚, exploring beautiful seashells🌊💙 It was a day full of smiles, curiosity, and lots of fun! 🥰✨

☀️🎨 Sunshine, Smiles & Creative Adventures at Gazelles!

Our children had a fantastic time exploring, creating, and playing together through a range of exciting activities:

🏴‍☠️ Pop Up Pirate – taking turns, building patience, and lots of giggles!
🎨 Painting the Shed – watching the sun dry the water and discovering how warmth helps it disappear. ☀️💧
🌈 Sand Painting – exploring different textures and getting creative.
🖍️ Chalking in the Garden – making colourful masterpieces in the fresh air.
✨ Tin Foil Painting – experimenting with shiny surfaces and unique patterns.
🧗 Climbing Frame Fun – developing confidence, coordination, and gross motor skills.

It was wonderful to see everyone learning through play, using their imaginations, and enjoying the beautiful weather together. 🌼💛

🍎🫐 Explorer Fun in Macaws! 🫐🍎

Our little Explorers had a wonderful adventure searching for delicious blackberries on our walk to the trains! 🚶‍♀️🚂🌿

Back at nursery, we used our freshly picked blackberries to help make a yummy apple crumble. 🍏🥧 It was so tasty!

We then got creative by using our leftover blackberries as natural paint, creating some beautiful artwork while exploring different textures and colours. 🎨🫐✨

What a fantastic day full of exploring, cooking, and creativity. Well done, Explorers! 👏🌟💚

🌞 What a fantastic July we've had in Cubs! 🌞

We've loved exploring our 'Summer' topic with lots of fun, hands-on activities. The children have enjoyed painting seashells and starfish, creating beautiful chalk artwork in the garden, playing with sea animals in the water, exploring our citrus-themed water play station, and making a splash with our paddling pool and water toys in the room! 💙🐚🌊

As we head into August, we'll continue to enjoy some Summer-themed activities while diving into our exciting new topic, 'Under the Sea'! 🐠🦀🐙 We can't wait to explore the wonderful world beneath the waves through more creative, sensory, and imaginative play.

We look forward to sharing all of our adventures with you throughout the month! 💙

🚐✨ What a fantastic adventure our little learners have had! ✨🦌

This week's Letter of the Week is... V! 🔤💚 The children had so much fun getting creative by decorating a van 🚐 with lots of colourful materials while learning all about the letter V.

🚂 We also enjoyed a lovely walk to see the trains! The children eagerly waved 👋 and even asked the train driver to honk the horn 📯🚆 – there were lots of smiles and excitement all around!

🎮 Back at nursery, everyone loved exploring our new magnetic Minecraft blocks 🧲🟩, using their imagination, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to create amazing builds.

🌳 In the garden, the children developed their gross motor skills by climbing, balancing, and exploring different equipment 🤸‍♀️🧗‍♂️. These activities help to build strength, coordination, and confidence while having lots of fun! 💪🌞

Another wonderful day full of learning through play, exploration, and adventure! 💚✨

Last week, the Cubs explored their senses through a range of exciting summer-themed activities. They enjoyed making "ice creams" using shaving foam, engaging in refreshing water play with lemons and limes, and investigating ice alongside toy animals. These hands-on experiences encouraged the children to explore different textures, temperatures, scents, and sensory experiences while developing their curiosity, creativity, and communication skills through play.
