👖✨ Friday Celebration Assembly! ✨👖

We celebrated our wonderful Kindness and Wider Curriculum Stars this week — well done to everyone for shining so brightly! 🌟👏

We also wore denim to support Jeans for Genes Day and raised a fantastic £133.10 for children with genetic disorders. 💙

Thank you to all our children and parents for your amazing support! 🙌

✨ Celebrating at the TDET Acts of Kindness awards ✨

We are delighted to celebrate some wonderful examples of kindness from across our Academy community. Pupils and staff have each shown what it means to live our values of honesty, excellence, aspiration, respect and teamwork.

Through their care for others, positive attitudes, resilience, compassion and willingness to go above and beyond, they have made a real difference to those around them. Whether supporting friends, encouraging learning, showing empathy, helping pupils and staff, or creating a welcoming and caring environment, their actions are a true reflection of our HEART values in action.

We are incredibly proud of them all and grateful for the kindness, dedication and positivity they bring to our school community every day. 💚

🎶📐 A sneak peek into Year 4! 📐🎶

Our Year 4 pupils have been busy developing new skills and exploring exciting learning across the curriculum.

🎵 In music, they have been enjoying learning to play the ukulele and are working hard as they prepare for their upcoming concert.

📏 In maths, they have been learning all about right angles, as well as making and describing the lesser-known properties of rectangles.

🚜🐮 Last week, our Reception class enjoyed a fantastic day out at Sacrewell farm!

The children had a brilliant time feeding the animals, learning about the different foods they enjoy, and taking a tour of the farm by tractor. They also loved exploring the outdoor and indoor play areas! 🌾🐷

Everyone had the best time and represented Welbourne fantastically. A huge thank you to Mrs Makepeace and the Reception team for organising such a memorable visit and making sure the children had a wonderful day. 💚👏

☀️ What a fantastic Sports Day! 🏅

The children had an amazing time taking part in lots of fun challenges, from egg and spoon races 🥚🥄 to tyre racing 🛞.

A huge well done to everyone for their effort and enthusiasm ⭐ and congratulations to Purple Team for taking first place! 💜👏
